I am Me. In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. The Eleanor Roosevelt quote is one of my favorites as well and is in my book, I AM Bound and Determined. Maya Angelou is one of my favorites and I refer to several of her quotes for personal inspiration. I have a mug with the following quote by Maya Angelou,”We can make family as we make friends.”

I think sometimes women spend so much energy on playing nice in the sandbox that they forget they can own the sandbox and invite anyone they want to sit and play in it with them.
Oooh…that’s great! To emphasize what you’re saying, sometimes we can invite women into our sandbox that begin to irritate us. But, then, we’ll play nice and don’t realize that they’re are also irritating the other people in our sandbox. We also need to remember that it’s okay to “un-invite” people from our sandbox.
